THE STORY:

This was one of the first paintings that I painted horizontally. Originally it was because I decided to do it as a project together with my small son. I mixed colors in containers, put a paint brush in each and wrapped us in art smocks. We orbited the kitchen table each layering down paint. At the last second a touch of green made all the blue sing. This remains a favorite painting because it inspired me to start getting my paintings scanned and turned into giclée prints after I accidentally found a Reddit thread with people searching for it online.
